We only recruit the very best.
We are proud of our staff retention in what can be a very transient industry. We put this down to good working conditions, training and communication.
Each member of staff is fully trained on the use of equipment and the Health and Safety aspect of their site. Each site has dedicated cleaners and supervisors. When required our staff can be DBS checked.
We have supervisors for every site and each site is regularly audited by a member of the management team. These audits are used to identify any problem areas and ensure that they meet our expectations.
We have cover staff for holiday and sickness cover, which means that staffing levels are always maintained and buildings never go without cleaning
We never use agency cleaners, preferring to use staff trained to our own high standards.
Dean Clark, Director
Dean has worked in the cleaning industry for nearly 20 years, always at the helm of Greenstar Cleaners. He has seen the company through its growth from just 25 staff when he joined to over 100 today. He has done every aspect of cleaning and can still be found with a window cleaning blade in hand, when he can escape the office.
